Jennifer Williams

Born Again : 2005

Founder of Tableland Ministries and devoted volunteer pastor, Jennifer Williams embodies the Biblical principles of hospitality, community building, and spiritual empowerment

Born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, Jennifer immigrated to England during her teenage years to join her parents. Her cross-cultural journey has equipped her with a unique perspective on life. As the middle child of nine siblings, she developed strong relational skills early in life.

Jennifer's academic   pursuits led her to earn a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Business Administration from the University of the West of England, later complemented by Graduate Certificates in both Project and Event Management. Her corporate career in London flourished as she worked as a Process Developer, where her natural abilities as a visionary and organizer led her to create orientation and systems manuals and managing corporate events.

In 2006, Jennifer relocated to Canada where she continued her corporate career in Toronto. Despite being new to the country herself, she became a mentor to women who were also navigating life as newcomers. Actively engaged in her local church community, Jennifer identified opportunities to serve and make a difference. She developed and implemented a comprehensive pastoral care program, as well as local missions and benevolence initiatives that continue to benefit that community today.

Jennifer is particularly passionate about empowering women to reach their full potential. Her approach to pastoral work emphasizes prayer, teaching, and providing support to those experiencing personal and emotional challenges.

Through Tableland Ministries, Jennifer fulfills her mission of bringing people together for collective growth and positive impact. She excels at creating platforms for others to demonstrate their gifts, organizing prayer breakfasts and women's conferences that foster connection and development.

A dedicated writer, Jennifer has authored devotionals for many years. Now retired from the corporate world, she treasures opportunities to visit her son and three grandchildren in England
